To unlock the boot, you must agree by acknowledging the following.

  • I can lift up to pounds safely and without injury.
  • I will return the boot to one of our return locations before .
  • I have hours to return the boot (weekends excluded), if the boot is not returned on time, I authorize that I will be charged a late fee every hours the smart-boot is not returned for 5 days and a $750 on the 6th day for a total of $1,000 lost boot fee.
  • I have hours to return the boot, if the boot is not returned on time I authorize that I will be charged a deposit fee. For every hours, will be deducted from the deposit fee until the boot is returned.
  • I will be charged $50 a day for 8 consecutive days up to a total of $400. If the boot is still not returned, Paylock will consider the boot stolen and take legal action against me for a stolen boot.
  • If the smart-boot is not returned, damaged or is in an unusable condition then I may be charged a fee up to .
  • If the smart-boot is not returned, improperly returned, damaged, or is in an unusable condition, then I may be charged a fee up to .
  • I have a valid driver's license.
  • I understand that if I do not return the boot, I may be subject to criminal or civil charges.
  • I will request a receipt from the return location. I will contact the help center if a receipt is not provided to prevent any late charges.
  • Return the boot to an authorized boot return box.

  • Please note that you are only paying the total towable balance visible from this boot record. Additional citations may still be linked to your vehicle's license plate.
